Meditation has been the number one practice that instigated my own mental and emotional healing — and over the years I've woven in many forms, from mindfulness and concentration, to breathwork, inner child work, and visualization, each one unlocking a different layer of transformation.
It is one of the most powerful tools we have for literally rewiring the brain, building new neural pathways, calming the nervous system, and shifting us out of survival patterns and into a state of presence and possibility.
