Mental Performance Session 1 hour | $60

In one focused session, we'll identify what's getting in your way mentally and give you practical tools to compete with a clearer, steadier mind. We'll work with techniques like breathwork to sharpen your focus and visualization methods to prepare your mind before you ever step on the field, court, or course. Whether you're stuck in a slump, battling nerves, or just know your mental game needs work — this is a great place to start.

​Junior Mental Performance Session 30 minutes | $40 (Ages 10–17)

Built for young athletes who are ready to level up their mental game. In this session, we'll work on the thoughts and patterns that show up under pressure — and replace them with practical tools for focus, confidence, and resilience. We'll explore techniques like using the breath to calm and center the mind and visualization methods to build confidence before competition. A strong mind is part of being a great athlete, and it's never too early to build it. (A parent or guardian nearby is always welcome)
